The Eaton Lab is committed to Open Science and Lab members regularly post preprints of manuscripts that have not yet undergone peer review. Preprints should not be seen as confirmation of a manuscript's accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness for use as established knowledge or for informing clinical practice.


Publications

Community-Based Participatory Research
Publications on conducting action research via community-academic partnerships. Includes a psychoeducational intervention for couples, a curriculum for training community members to conduct research, and considerations for other community-based researchers.





Crisis Mental Health
Publications focussed on alternative crisis mental health responses (such as co-response and civilian-led models) as well as perspectives from interest-holders on the field of crisis response in the United States and Canada.

Community-based participatory research regarding cognitive health among people aging with HIV, including development, evaluation, and adaptation of Cognitive Remediation Group Therapy (CRGT).



Supports for People Who Use Drugs
Findings from community-based participatory research to develop and evaluate approaches to person-centered, harm reduction supports for people who use drugs. Includes a peer-led hospital discharge program and a geospatial, pop-up harm reduction initiative.



Heterosexually Identified MSM
Social science research on sexual identity-behaviour discordance amongst cisgender adult men who self-identify as heterosexual and have sex with other men.
