Dr. Andrew Eaton

Dr. Andrew D. Eaton is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Work - Saskatoon Campus, University of Regina and an Assistant Professor (Status-Only) at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto. A practicing social worker for over a decade, Dr. Eaton has developed a robust, practice-based research program to address complex comorbidities and improve health outcomes for people living with HIV, sexual and gender minorities, and people experiencing mental health and addiction crises. This lab is dedicated to community-based scholarship with real life impact, with a substantial focus on training the next generation of social work practitioners and researchers. Our current funded projects address key issues related to aging, sexuality, and mental health.
